Founder, Georgie Rudd, specialises in coaching leaders in professional services, With over 20 years on the inside as a leader in Financial Services and Management Consulting and now as a coach to some of the best in the field, she understands the highs and lows, the demanding nature of the work, the skilfulness you bring to keeping clients, teams and people happy...and bringing the numbers in. And sometimes doing all of this whilst also raising a family.

It's important to know you are in safe hands with coaching. That's why professional accreditation, research-based approaches and ethics are the foundation of the practice. All our coaching is ICF accredited, we engage in regular coach supervision and are certified practitioners in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), Hogan Personality Inventory, Lumina Spark and Transactional Analysis.
