We understand the highs and lows, the demanding nature of the work, the skilfulness you bring to keeping clients, teams and people happy...and bringing the numbers in. And sometimes doing all of this whilst also raising a family.
I've worked with many of the best, having spent 20 years as a leader in management consulting (Baringa Partners) and financial services (Lloyds Banking Group) before founding the practice. I love working with bright, curious people who want to be better.
It's important to know you are in safe hands with coaching. That's why professional accreditation, research-based approaches and ethics are the foundation of the practice.
I've studied for the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School and am ACC qualified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I'm bound by the ICF professional code of ethics and bring a wealth of experience. I am Hogan, Lumina and CIPD accredited and hold a Masters from Durham University.
The associate coach model means we can operate at scale when we need to. Our associates are all accredited to ICF ACC level as a minimum, have carefully selected psychometric accreditations and have all worked in senior roles in leading organisations.
